  • Create a new workout

  • Choose your exercise

  • Enter kg and reps

  • Add extra exercises

  • Save and press "Start workout"

  • Use history to repeat a workout and enter new kg and reps to track your progress

  • Enter amount and nutritional values

  • Tap the 3 dots and "Eat this meal"

  • Edit the amount

  • Go to your profile

  • Tap on Settings

  • Find the "Rest timer settings" section

  • Set your rest time

  • Click on ''Exercises''

  • Click ''Create'''

  • Add Exercise name

  • Select body part and category, kg/reps

  • Add your own instructions
